John Stack - Who I Am


This site was created to bring the most scientifically-supported health and fitness theories to you in your own home.  I strongly believe that you can only achieve your fitness goals by applying the rationale and logic behind the sports sciences.

I like to give my clients access to the same information and regimes that the world's top athletes use every day.

Personal History

I have studied extensively with the National Strength and Conditioning Associaton (NSCA) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I also have a group exercise certificate with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  I got into the fitness industry after I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis.  By applying a sound approach to exercise and nutrition, I have managed to completely reverse the effects of this bone-degenerating disease.  I am now certified in the BEST Training Programme from the University of Arizona which has been shown to help improve bone mineral density in populations with osteoporosis..
