Personal Training......

You have to have a plan.  If you don't have a plan, your goals are merely dreams.  The purpose of personal training is that your trainer helps you to set goals, develop a plan to help your reach those goals and the motivate and encourage you towards success. That's the theory.  The practical side of things is perfectly summed up by Oprah when she said "the big secret in life is that there is no big secret in life.  Whatever your goal, you can get there if you're willing to work."

Together we will create a plan for you.  It will be based on the results of your fitness assessment, customised and specific to your goals, fitness capabilities, work/school schedule, exercise preferences, and the equipment you have available.  And we will set a deadline for which to achieve the goal.  An important part of personal training is to have regular reviews, including body fat measurement and fitness assessments.  Part of a good plan is keeping good records so that you can keep track of your progress.

The help you to achieve the health and fitness goals that you have always desired, and to provide you with the opportunity to live a long and healthy fitness lifestyle.  If you're in sports, our goal is to help you improve your sports performance.

Company History

I have studied extensively with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  And, it doesn't stop there.  I am constantly updating my knowledge base by attending seminars and completing courses of study.  I believe that the proper application of knowledge is the key to success in your training.  I have worked with GAA football, basketball, rugby and soccer players and helped them with their sports performance.  I run boot camps locally for small groups.  I train people like you, people who are working, studying and/or rearing their children with tight schedules who need to fit exercise in around their lives.  It can be done.

I recognise, and I want you to understand, that hard work pays off and, if you're willing to do the work, then you will reach your goals.  Anything worth having is worth working for.  My job is to guide you in the right direction.  Your job is to do the work.
